- Doug Wallace, Managing Director, honours graduate of the respected Scottish School of Physical Education, former Physical Education teacher, who has worked within Health and Safety for 12 years
- Brian Gallagher, a significant software developer with specific experience in this sector of the sports and play industry as well as operating and developing products for the London Stock Exchange, Hertz Europe Ltd., the DfEE and the Metropolitan Police
- Jean Wenger, with over 25 years in the industry and as the immediate past technical director of the influential National Playing Fields Association, is one of the most knowledgeable authorities on play and sports standards within Europe
They are involved at the highest levels of safety assessment advising: national bodies, major companies and charities and other organisations both in the UK and oversees, including government departments, embassies and the Health and Safety Executive
- The need and initiative for the service was originally generated by requests from former PE colleagues and associates for advice on the interpretation and application of risk management and assessment within their school departments. In particular, the environment the activities take place in and the condition of the equipment used
